Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Rezees Service (the "App" or "Website") and the services provided by Navi's Pros ("I," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. We may modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Rezees Service following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. User Registration and Account Security

To use certain features of the App, you may be required to register and create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activities or actions under your account.

3. Contact Details Verification

Our Rezees Service may require you to verify your contact details, such as your phone number or email address, as part of the registration or authentication process. By providing contact details, you consent to receive verification messages or calls. We will use these details for your identity purposes and as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. User Data Collection and Storage

We collect and store personal data provided by you, including but not limited to contact details, usage data, and any other information you voluntarily provide. 5. Use of the App

You agree to use the Rezees Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to: Use the Rezees Service or Website in any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation. Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Rezees Service or Website or its servers. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Rezees Service or its related systems.

6. Intellectual Property

The Rezees Service or Website and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Navi's Pros or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.

7. Third-Party Links and Services

The Rezees Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by us. We do not endorse or assume any responsibility for any third-party sites or services. You access these third-party sites or services at your own risk and should review their terms and policies.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Navi's Pros and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Rezees Service or these Terms.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Navi's Pros and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of the Rezees Service or any violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Rezees Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a violation of these Terms.

11. Payments

If there are any Rezees containins the fee, we will settle your payments once between the 1st week of the following month. These payments are settled after the below the processes.
  1. Verification of your Rezees: Whether your Rezees is valid and lawful.
  2. Refunds for visitors: If any visitor claims that your Rezees is fake, fraud, irrelevant or against the local government legal policies.
  3. The transactions completed T+7 business days.
    Example: A transaction is made on 3rd of Jan 2026 and it will be cleared in the 10th Jan 2026.
    It's because we provide the visitors, a 7 days of verifying period to avoid the fake / fraud transactions
  4. Deducting the payment gateway charges of 5% on the fee.
Inactive accounts will be deleted after 180 days. We will remind you periodically in these days.
